In order to provide courses and services to corporate, non-profit organizations, academic institutions and governmental customers (“Customers”), RRAB will receive and have access to personal data of individual users (“Users“) to whom Customers grant access. For the purposes of this privacy statement, Customers are data controllers and RRAB is a data processor.

RRAB’s processing of User data and the security measures implemented to protect such data are detailed in this privacy statement.

In the event where RRAB makes any significant changes to the manner in which it processes User data to provide its services to Customers, it will notify Customers.

As the data processor, RRAB will access, store and use the personal data of individual Users solely for the purpose of providing the services to its Customers and will process the data as instructed by its Customers.

As data controllers, Customers decide which of their employees, students or other personnel are given access to the services. They do this by designating one or more administrators (“Administrator”) who can add and remove User accounts.
